This Privacy Policy explains out how IEC Applications and Services collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects the personal data of users who access and use the InfraForecast™ platform (the “Platform”).

This Policy complies with the UAE Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It applies to all users, regardless of location, subject to relevant legal standards.
